Newsletter No 11 of 2020

We report that approximately 50% of our grade 7 learners have reported to schools over the past 2 weeks. Certain parents have opted to retain their children at home amidst uncertainty, others have indicated comorbidities and underlying health conditions as reasons for retaining learners at home. The school has prepared work booklets for all the grade sevens whether they are returning to school or not. The ideal situation would however be that the learners return to school on the particular day as indicated by the teacher and via the teacher notes. However, parents must exercise their discretion with regards to this parental decision and inform the school via the class teacher. Important items which require action from parents:
