Grade R Graduation & Photo Package
Dear Parents,
As part of our communication to Grade R parents (2025), the school indicated that 29 August 2025 would be the final date for payments towards the Graduation Photo Package (R160 per learner).
So far, fewer than 10 parents have made payment. We understand that finances are tight for many families, but we encourage you to make this a priority so that your child does not miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime milestone.
To make it easier, parents may pay in two instalments:
- August: R80
- September: R80
We are pleased to share that the photographer has agreed to extend the final payment deadline to 29 September 2025.
Grade R 2026 – Limited Spaces Available!
Parents who have not yet secured a place for their Grade R child for 2026 are urged to contact the school office immediately.
Spaces are very limited, so please act quickly.
Formal Assessments – Term Reminder
Homework, assignments, and preparation for tests are essential for success. However, we have noticed that many learners are still struggling with:
- Completing homework
- Studying for tests
- Submitting assignments on time
The ethos of hard work is the foundation of academic excellence. We kindly ask all parents to:
✅ Remind learners of the importance of school
✅ Ensure they go to bed early
✅ Check that they are studying and preparing for tests
Learners in Grades 4–7 will now begin class tests. Parents are reminded to check the Assessment Program (distributed at the start of the term). If you did not receive a copy, please contact your child’s teacher urgently to request one.
